White Fox Botanicals Supercharged Organic Elderberry Syrup Kit. 100g
1- In a large pot, empty the kit’s contents & add 4 cups of Filtered Water per 100g. 
2- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low & simmer for about 45-60minutes until the liquid has reduced by half. 
3- Remove from heat & allow the mixture to cool slightly before straining into a glass bowl or jar, pressing the herbs to extract as much liquid as possible. 
4- Once the liquid is warm (not hot), stir in 1/4-1/2 cup of sweetener per 100g (i.e. honey, maple syrup, rice malt syrup). 
5- Store the syrup in the refrigerator for up to 2 months. 
Dosage: 
For adults: Take 1 tablespoon daily for immune support, or 1 tablespoon every 3-4 hours at the onset of cold or flu symptoms 
For children: Take 1 teaspoon daily for immune support, or 1 teaspoon every 3-4hours during illness.
