CANCELLATION POLICY
When making a booking we reserve an appointment time exclusively for you.
We require more than 24 hours notice to cancel or to reschedule your appointment time.
Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% treatment charge.
Less than 3 hours notice, or no show incurs a 100% treatment charge, with the exception of unexpected illness or emergency.
